Non-Combustible Fireplace Mantel Shelf

DESIGN HIGHLIGHTS:

Like the beautiful contemporary designs of Frank Lloyd Wright, our Horizon Beam Mantel adds crisp, contemporary flair to a linear fireplace installation. The Horizon’s concrete construction and subtle coloring give a modern touch to a room and emphasize the linear look.  Sleek, slim lines of a floating mantel and hearth anchor the fireplace, creating a lovely symmetry. 

MATERIAL OPTIONS:

Our Horizon Fireplace Mantel is available as a traditional wood mantel, or as a non-combustible mantel that can be safely installed closer to a fireplace.  Both options offer a clean, contemporary concrete look with a modern architectural edge.

COLOR:

Mantel shelves are hand-painted and will have minor variances in color and highlights.

• Mystic Grey:

The Mystic Grey finish brings a refined, modern edge to the Horizon Mantel. A smooth, mid-tone grey with a soft silver hue, this color subtly reflects light and emphasizes the mantel’s clean, linear form. Its even coloration and gentle tonal shifts create depth without distraction, while bright mineral flecks catch the light and add a hint of shimmer, giving the surface a subtle, stony character. Understated yet distinctive, this finish reinforces the Horizon’s floating design and architectural clarity.

• Sahara Sand:

The Sahara Sand finish bathes the Horizon Mantel in a warm, subdued amber glow reminiscent of vast desert dunes. This mid-tone sandy beige blends soft golden undertones with subtle wheat highlights, evoking the sun-warmed grains of the Sahara. Sahara Sand complements the Horizon Mantel’s minimalist lines, its subdued hues reflecting the simplicity of the form while adding gentle warmth and depth without distracting from the architectural purity.

NON COMBUSTIBLE CASTING MEDIA:

Our high-definition casting formulation is noncombustible and meets or exceeds ASTM E136 laboratory test standards for non-combustibility.

CENTER AIR-GAP CONSTRUCTION:

Reduces weight and minimizes heat transfer to the top of the mantel shelf.
